I have been extremely happy with the care and treatment received at Landa and Landa. From my initial visit through post-op, every appointment has a very pleasant experience. I was thoroughly impressed the day of my surgery at the professionalism of Dr. Landa and his staff who were not only thorough in all aspects, but also went the extra distance to make me comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Landa has kept me informed with regard to my medical condition and has answered all questions I have had. I have been to many doctors who do not spend the time to explain a condition and/or explain it so quickly I leave with questions unanswered. Not this case here. Dr. Landa spends as much time as needed to make sure you understand your condition and prognosis.

I liked Dr Michael Landa very much. I appreciate that he did not rush me through the eye exam but took the time to answer my questions and explain in easy to understand terms the issue with my eyes. I also liked that I was given the option to complete new patient paperwork online before my appointment.

I did not like that I was charged a $3.00 fee to process a payment on my Visa debit card. In my opinion, if a business opts to accept electronic payments then that is the cost of doing business and having guaranteed funds in hand. Are checks really the preferred method of payment?

Best eye doctors ever! You are not a number but a real person they care about. If my insurance ever doesn’t cover them, I will pay cash. No to minimal wait and received an apology-13 minutes. Others should learn from these wonderful doctors!
