I had a great experience with Stephen. My wife told him I was on my way with the motorcycle to pick her up while our car was being serviced. He remembered the sound of the bike when we returned to pick up the car, laughing that he could her the bike and my music.

This dealership got me in quickly! Our vehicle was not drivable after a recent oil change at take five. When trying to call the dealership in Evans, even after explaining that the car was not drivable I was still not allowed to get the towed to their location for an appointment towards the end of April. I called this dealership and they helped me arrange the vehicle to be towed and looked at on the next business day to make sure that we would have a resolution To my undrivable car.
Brian and Jarah were so helpful and understanding of our situation and did everything they could for us. They hooked us up with a loaner vehicle while they held my car for a warranty covered part.
Long story short, this Kia dealership in North Augusta got me in, serviced, and checked out before the other Kia dealership in the area could even CONSIDER an appointment.
I will return to this dealership for future service, even as small as an oil change or brakes based on the customer service received this past week. Many thanks to Brian and Jarah, who made it all happen and communicated every step of the way
