Tanya made sure I got the parts I needed in a timely manner. She gave me great customer service. My only complaint is the higher cost of labor and parts. I found the part I needed. Brand new for $175 cheaper and unfortunately, the company that installed it saved me $130 in labor! Really Kia??

I purchased my 2022 Kia Sorento Hybrid from Kia County of Savannah. Love love love my car and have been taking it back there to get it serviced. I had a problem with the check engine light coming on and brought it back several times for this issue. They said they needed to order a part and would call me when it came in so they fixed that issue but as soon as I drove off the lot the check engine light came back on so I called back and set up an appointment to bring it in. I told them it was time for a service and they said that I would be there for several hours and they would be able to get that done. When the guy called to confirm my appointment I said again about the service being needed and he also said oh yeah we can do that. So when I got there I again said it needed service. Yeah yeah we got you. So 5 hours later . Andrew came a said my car was ready. I left and when I got in my car the next day to take my child to school the needs service message came on and I called my husband and said they didn’t service the car. Mind you I live Over 2 hours away and it’s a difficult drive. I called and let them nknow they didn’t service my car on Thursday and she said no we didn’t can you bring it back today and I said no I live more than 2 hours away but I could bring it Tuesday. So when I got there the lady said can I help you I said yes my name is Amy McCall and I was there last week for a repair and a service but it was not serviced. I also wanted to make sure that another concern I had was documented. And I went and made myself comfortable in the waiting room. Andrew came into the waiting room yelling at me about me yelling at his employees and that we needed to have a discussion about my car. So I thought he was coming to tell me something about my car but no he continued to yell at me and calling me a liar. He said I never said anything about my car needing a service and I sat there very confused and when it registered in my brain that he was calling me a liar I too began to yell. This was totally unacceptable and even though Thomas came out and tried to resolve this situation I still feel really tramatized by this situation. Andrew never came out a apologized for his actions. I feel like he needs to be head accountable for the way he treated me.

Joshua listened to my needs and helped me locate a Sorento that was within my budget. I had visited other car dealerships and had gotten frustrated when they tried to upsell me. If you mention me as a reference when you make your purchase, I get a kickback. “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season, we shall reap if we faint not.” (Galatians 6:9)

My family and I arrived at kia, after stopping at carmax , we were greated outside before we could shut the doors of our vehicle, which was very nice! Daren coleman,, was very helpful with helping my husband and I look for our daughter her first new car. He was very respectful, and very informative, he explained to her how everything will go step by step, he made it a very easy task , the staff all seemed very nice. I will always suggest someone to this kia, customer service is a plus for me and my family, along with patience !
