I’m a professor at SCAD and Mr Keyes and his crew Restored a home I’m restoring in. Mr Keyes informed me of the state and federal grant\ laws, I did not know about, and saved/made me tons of money. I have colleagues that use the same grant and never told me.

I was like wow! But I understood because then there would not be money in it. But Brian fixed me up with the grant writer Justin, also at SCAD and I’ve been doing it every sense. Thanks Brian! I recommend him for any job. Especially historic preservation / plaster restoration

This company has deep roots in Savannah. The grandfather of the owner started the first company in Savannah. M-FIVE INC. From my understanding they had over 3 hundred people in the 80’s. they did all the major jobs hear. And there work was great. The new generation of this company are said to be just as good and do great plastering, with warranties. ‘so I’ve heard. they did beautiful work around ellis square.

They are also the only company in sav, that says they do interior plastering. they start on my house down town next week. and the price was vary fare to be the only interior plasterers in sav. All the plaster and stucco places i called and they were the only ones that i could find to do my interior plastering [historic]. i will update how it comes out. With the free two year warranty i cant go wrong. They have a really good name around this area. thanks. will update soon!

Great company, i would highly refer Brian and his crew to anybody looking for the services they provide. Never have come across a business as professional as Keys!!!
