As a resident of Brookhaven for two decades, Kelly Marsh is an expert in the Brookhaven market. The combination of 14 years of real estate experience and a deep understanding of the area has helped her hit the top five percent in sales for the country as well as the number one realtor in the Brookhaven area on a consistent basis.

In the northeast section inside the perimeter of Atlanta, Brookhaven is the largest city in DeKalb County with a population of almost 50,000. The city was incorporated in December of 2012 and spans over 12 square miles. Despite the recency of the incorporation, the city has a history that goes back past the days of when it was considered a part of North Atlanta.

These days, the city of Brookhaven has been thriving and drawing more people into the community. There are plenty of attractions like shops, parks, restaurants, and frequent community events. This community and interest has helped fuel the real estate market in which Kelly thrives.

Kelly has a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. These are skills that she uses each day working in real estate and considers them to be crucial for her business.

Working at Centex (now Pulte) Homes was Kelly’s introduction to the real estate industry. Kelly’s time there helped her learn more about the new home construction process and created the desire to work in the industry on her own. Kelly began at the Sandy Springs Keller Williams office in 2002 before moving to the Brookhaven office. Since then she has started her own growing team called Kelly Marsh & Associates.
