This review is for Mo! She’s the best and only hygienist I would recommend to get your cleaning done by. She’s very professional and personable. She actually cleans your teeth the right way. You can tell she really cares and not just trying to clear your pockets out! Kelley is also really sweet!

I’ve been coming here for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. This last visit Mo and Erica were amazing, flexible (moved up a later appointment to today when I asked) and made things very pleasant. Strongly recommend.

I had the number one, best dental experience! From the front desk (Ms.Kelly) with her VERY warm welcome. I admire how much the staff makes you feel welcomed. Thank you SO much Mo & Dr.Chen for taking detailed care of my concerns. I did not feel rushed what so ever. I will be recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you a million times for my deep cleaning & extraction ! Over the moon with the treatment. You guys Rock!!

Mo and Dr. Chen are the best in the business. They make a great team and provide excellent care. Mo makes each visit a comfortable experience and provides lots of information and tips for better dental hygiene that are clear and easy to implement. Do your teeth a favor and go see Mo and Dr. Chen.

A very good dental practice. Period.
They are prompt, transparent, and pleasant. We’ve all been to bad dentists before. The ones that make you wait long after your appointment time. The ones that stick you with fees that you were unaware of. The ones that are grumpy or rude.
This office is none of those things. They always tell me what the cost will be before they begin, they get me right in to the chair on time, and they are pleasant to work with. What more could you ask for. Nicely done Dr Chen.

Great place for people who don’t like going to the dentist! I have never liked going to the dentist, but I honestly don’t mind coming here. Everyone is always so warm and welcoming. They also do a much better job than any dentist I’ve visited in the past. 5 STARS!!!

Today I had a new patient appointment. When I first walked into the office I felt so welcomed. The Assistant to Dr. Chen was so very sweet from the time she took me back and did my x-rays up until the end of my appointment. Dr. Chen was so very knowledgeable and so very nice. The hygienist Kinsey was awesome and made my experience so anxiety free! I am so thankful to finally find a great dentist!

Dr Chen, and his entire staff, are amazing!! I had a crown put on by a previous dentist and it never fit right, and constantly gave me problems. Dr Chen replaced it and I’ve had NO problems since! He also put in an implant that has been wonderful. With all that work, I never feel like he tries to sell me more services than I need. When he placed my crown he took great care not to numb me if he didn’t have to, which would have been more money for him if he had. I HIGHLY recommend Johns Creek Dental Associates!!

I absolutely hate the dentist, and hadn’t been in about 7 years because I have always had negative experiences. I finally decided to try again, and I am so glad I did! Everyone here is kind and non judgmental, despite the fact that I hadn’t seen a dentist in so long. They got me back on track, and I just had my second visit. My teeth feel great, and it’s always a pleasure to visit. They are like a happy family, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. I look forward to my next visit with them! If you aren’t sure about going back to a dentist, and don’t want to be lectured or patronized, this office is a must. They are also very clear about costs- they give you a breakdown, double check your insurance, and ask about optional charges and procedures before doing anything, no matter how small. They even give you a cost breakdown and have you sign it so you can be sure of what you will have to pay after the visit. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great team! Friendly, skilled staff. They explain everything they are doing before and during the procedure to put their patient at ease. Perfect mix of friendliness, professionalism and competence. They even called me several days before my appointment to go over procedures they believed wouldn’t be covered by my insurance. Great service! Loved the new patient goody bag, too!

I visited the Johns Creek Dental Associates office for the first time to have X-rays and an oral exam to determine a plan of action for my dental work.
The hygienists, the doctor and the office staff couldn’t have been nicer and even though having dental work completed isn’t one of the “fun” things on my to do list, I know from today’s experience that I’ll be well taken care of in this office. Thank you!

Very friendly front desk receptionist! Chloe and Dr. Jeffrey Chen were amazing and very professional. Having a brain fart with the person’s name who cleaned my teeth (sorry!), but she was awesome and made my procedure a pleasant experience!
Very clean environment as well.
I will be back again for sure for my next appointment that I’ve already scheduled. This place was recommended by some colleagues of mine that come here as well.

This was my first time going to John’s Creek Dental Associates, as I just moved to the area. My experience was phenomenal! The dental assistant was very pleasant and conversational. She told me many great things about the area. She was awesome with taking my x-rays. The hygienist was very detail oriented with my cleaning. He was also very gentle with my deep cleaning, and was constantly asking me if I was comfortable. The dentist was very thorough, and was the first dentist in 20 years that was actually able to properly pinpoint the source of my TMJ pain. I will definitely be back, and I have already made appointments for the rest of the members of my family. Oh yeah, they also gave me a nice drawstring swag bag with a travel cup and other great things inside. Simply the best!

I have always had anxiety about the dentist. Today I had a first patient appointment and wow. Literally one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the time I walked in the door everyone was so very sweet and I felt so welcomed! Dr. Chen was very knowledgeable and was so very sweet as well. From the x-ray tech to the dental hygienist Kinsey to talking with Ms. Lydia I just felt so at ease and before they did any work I knew exactly what I owed as well and that is so very appreciated! So very thankful for a wonderful experience!
