I normally go to another dealership but because of the fact that I had moved and it was very far away, I decided to go to this one. I was very low on cash so I figured that I would use my rewards points. I had never used them and I wanted to make sure that they would use my points for the oil change that I was getting.
When I arrived there, I was greeted warmly by the staff and told them exactly what I came in for, how I had called previously about using my reward points, etc.
I only had to wait about an hour or two and when I was called, I was brought to where you’d have to pay.

Now here is where the ‘almost chaotic’ moment happened, the computer was down where you could use the points on the ladies end and so she had to use what I think was the managers help with putting in the points from their end. There was a gentleman who also was trying to redeem his points for his service so he went ahead of me and paid for his. Then when it came to me, well I literally almost had a heart attack when the lady told me that my amount was $1100. I freaked out because I didn’t have that money and all I came in to do was a oil change,lol.
Eventually, she took it to the manager and the manager told me that they had made a mistake and that they had given me the man’s before me receipt.

Thankfully, I was able to get out of there without anymore issue whatsoever which was great. We did have a good laugh about the predicament though and I was very happy with the outcome regardless.

However, I had thought that they would have at least replaced the windshield wipers for my car but that didn’t happen.

The customer service, the sales manager, the employees Mike, Kelvin, Anthony was the best only problem I have that when the car was pee, the tape taken out the car they pull paint off the car but other than that everything looks good. I would love for the paint to be redone. Thank you.

It was okay they didn’t take long getting to my car and they forgotten to change my oil life percentage back to 100 in which I had to reset it my self. The service manager Sandra was up front and straight forward. I ask them to change out both filter underwood and cabin they told me it will cost me for engine Haywood Allen Gm took care that for me with my extended warranty.

This was my 1st time visiting and from the time I called to the payment being processed was such a smooth process! Chris Barnett in service did an excellent job! He took the time to explain only the things I need for my car with no pressure. Sonja was the best associate. Helped with everything!! Another associate called and claimed they can put a lean holder on my vehicle but just wanted to give me a hard time. Give Ms Sonja a raise!!

I have have purchased 2 Canyons from John Miles. I get all my service needs done at this shop. They have been fair and up front when I experienced issues with either vehicle. I have been satisfied with the work, the waiting times and scheduling. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and large. The building is spotless. The stuff have been friendly and knowledgeable.

I worked with Lance and Greg both were very professional. Lance worked out the details of the car while I was at work. By the time I got off at three everything was ready and I was ready to drive off the lot. These guys are awesome I would recommend that if anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle these are the two guys they need to see.
