I was actually referred to J&J by an inmate, while I was talking to my boyfriend on the phone while he was incarcerated. Ernest is honestly one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met, and so is his secretary. They are very supportive and understanding.

I just bonded my boyfriend out on Monday. The process was so much quicker than I thought it would be. After all of the paperwork was complete, Ernest was able to get my boyfriend out within 15 minutes. While I waited, the secretary put on Netflix for me, and I sat there and watched TV with Ernest’s son.

If I am ever in this situation again, I won’t hesitate to go through J&J, and I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for everything, Ernest!
