My experience purchasing my 2024 Q7 from Audi Marietta was absolutely outstanding! I had the pleasure of working with Masud The GM and Tony, my salesperson, who were both absolutely fantastic. The process went incredibly smoothly. Honestly, I didn’t even need to set foot in the dealership. Everything was taken care of over the phone, and my car was delivered right to my doorstep while my previous car was conveniently picked up. As a mother of three kids, it’s incredibly challenging for me to go car shopping and test drive vehicles. That’s why it was so important for me to work with someone who truly understood my situation and didn’t pressure me to visit the dealership unnecessarily. Every single person involved was incredibly helpful and understanding. Tony delivered my new car with such care, and the finance manager took care of everything over the phone, answering all of my questions. And of course, the general experience was simply amazing, very professional, and filled with knowledge. I am so grateful to Audi of Marietta for providing me with such an exceptional experience. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

I could not have had a better experience. I bought by Audi Q5 strictly online, sight unseen. Gregory Charley was with me from my initial inquiry to post delivery and my Audi Connect setup! The gentleman who delivered my car was extremely pleasant and helpful. I love my new car and it was a pleasure to work with Audi Marietta!

Exceptional time spent with Billy at the dealership! His knowledge and enthusiasm made selecting a car felt like a breeze. He listened to our thoughts and helped us when we weren’t sure what type of energy-using car would best fit our situation. In the end, we walked out happy with our decision with the Telsa, with a good price, too. Highly recommend him for a stress-free, genuine, enjoyable car-buying experience.

Chris Walston was AMAZING! He was sharp and patient throughout the process. His professionalism and attention to details made my Jim Ellis experience top tiered. My experience purchasing a car from Audi Marietta was nothing short of exceptional!!! I had the pleasure of working with Billy Samounty – throughout the entire process, he was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. He also kept us well informed every step of the way.
