Jerry’s Lock & Key is great. Easy call and respond via phone, scheduled same day site visit, and did more work than initially discussed. Chris was well mannered, focused on work, and got the job done quick. Herman helped me out with a rogue F-250 several years ago, so these guys are batting a 1000. My friend got locked out of her house (smart keypad broke, leaving her stranded). We called Jerry’s, and the on call tech, Hunter, came out to help. Initially, we were told 45 minutes to an hour. Hunter showed in 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company. And we think Hunter needs a raise.
