What more could one ask for – the new GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles look great, the work crew was obviously very skilled and thorough. The crew surrounded my home with tarps to catch the debris. When they were finished, they went around the house with their magnets THEN one of their crew members went around the house again but this time on his hands an knees to make sure every nail was picked up. JCB’s supervisor, John, was on-site the whole time to make sure the work crew had all of the supplies they needed and answered a dozen or so questions from me. I chose Bobby Myers and JCB roofing because they re-shingled the my neighbor’s house across the street and it, too, is perfect. For what it is worth, I did not call any other roofing company. Bobby Meyers came highly recommended by many of my neighbors who had their roofs replaced by JCB after storms damaged their homes in the past few years. He came and did an estimate (which came on lower than all others) Set an appointment for the job. Replaced the entire roof on the appointed day. Not so much as a nail was left behind to clean up! They never asked for a penny up front.

I called JCB to give an estimate on repairing a roof leak in my home. Both Olivia in the office and Bob who came to see the problem were more than courteous. Bob quickly saw what he thought was a bullet hole in my roof. He repaired it on the spot with roofing caulk and refused to let me pay him. As a kindness he resealed around the chimney flashing and around all four vent pipes, again refusing to accept payment. I wish I had a house that needed a new roof. I would hire JCB in a heartbeat. In addition to being courteous, prompt and super helpful, they are one of the few roofing companies in Savannah certified by shingle manufacturers to install their products. This means they are trained by the manufacturers to install their roofing and you get a much longer warranty on the labor and material than you do with non-certified roofers.

I needed minor roof repairs and I choose JCB Roofing because they were A) local veteran owned, and 2) had great reviews. I was definitely not disappointed! I filled out the free estimate form on a Sunday evening, and they contacted me the following Monday morning and we made an appointment. Quick and easy. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that.

The workers showed up on time and were able to finish the roof in 1/2 a day. Right after that we had a thunderstorm, so it was very timely. It looks fantastic. I just listed my house for sale and it will be an added bonus.
