This little hole in the wall is right outside downtown Woodstock is a real GEM! You walk into a homey, friendly atmosphere. Great food!

We recently moved to Woodstock Downtown so while our relatives were visiting from Ohio, we were in search of a good place to get barbecue. We stumbled on J Miller’s Smokehouse and ordered takeout. We ordered the pulled pork family combo for $19.99. It amply fed the four of us and was excellent. The baked beans, cole slaw, and onion rings were great too. The service was top notch. We were impressed how quickly the order was ready but not how fast we ate it!

The Cuban sandwich is MONEY! Great portion, lots of flavor! Service was great, pricing more than fair. Did not see any unhappy faces during this lunch hour.

Came in here with my wonderful counterpart. We both ordered a pulled pork sandwich and we saw on Yelp that we would get free Brunswick stew if wechecked in. The stew was really flavorful, and the meat in the sandwich was so tender and delicious! Our waitress was also very nice. We then ordered cobbler. It came out warm with a scoop of ice cream. This place is better than Dreamlands BBQ. 5 stars!

J Miller’s is close by to my office so I often stop by for the daily special. Not only is the pulled pork sandwich awesome – the prices are very reasonable. I am glad J Miller’s is close by – best kept secret in Downtown Woodstock!
