I haven’t joined this gym but have seen advertisements on FB for a group of 15 men to attend a 6 week challenge I believe. I was wondering was this free or what’s the cost for that?

He starts you off on a level you can master but continues to push you just a little. Just a few more steps farther. I always joked if I was running you’d better run too because something was probably chasing me. Just last week for the first time I was able to jog an entire block with no walking breaks.
It has taken me a couple of months of jogging what I could and pushing myself just a few more steps each time. That may not sound like a lot for some but it meant the world to me and Darius was right there to celebrate with me. He’s been in our shoes and he gets it.

If you want a place that treats you like family and not a customer, this is your place! Insane fitness provides class based training and individual training for all ages, shapes, sizes, and skill levels. There is zero judgement in this gym. Everyone makes each other feel accepted and pushes each other towards their personal goals. Darius has created an atmosphere with loud upbeat music and lighting that makes feel like you are at a club working out. It is awesome. Darius also takes the time to sit with you individually to set up a workout and personalized meal plan. The final and most important thing I will say is that the most important thing that Insane Fitness offers is accountability. If you miss a day or are on a diet plan provided by Darius and his team, they will check in on you and make sure you are staying on your pathway to your goals. They care about your goals just as much as you do.

UPDATE: I am loving how my body is looking and feeling. I was at Walmart and spoke to a lady. She asked me if I worked out. I was shocked that she could tell. I had on a long top with workout pants. She complimented me and encouraged me to keep it up. I’m getting stronger and more flexible. I love my new look! Thanks Insane Fitness!

As a recent Cancer Survivor I was looking for a gym to get my body back in shape. I am a fitness trainer myself but had to step down for 3 years to do treatment. Now that I’m in remission, I started looking for an iron sharpen iron situation. I’m here to tell you I found it at Insane Fitness. Darius and his staff of trainers are amazing. They are just what I was looking for. 5 stars for sure!!!!!

The training there has motivated me in doing the same exercises at home and prep me for any relay running for a charity of my choice. My mind, body ,and soul has improved within my daily living in a very positive way
