Michael came out and within minutes of seeing our AC unit he identified the issue. He provided information on cause and solution and made sure I understood what he was doing to resolve it. He fixed the issue in under an hour and was very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jesse was the technician who serviced my central air conditioner unit. I called the day after a holiday, so I wasn’t expecting to receive same day service. I called around 8:30 – 9:00 in the morning and it is now 12:23 and I am in a nice cool house. It was a bad capacitor. Jesse was very through and knowledgeable in his job, was very friendly and explained what he was doing. Thank you for your help Jesse!

Thursday night, I came home to a very hot house. After calling several a/c companies (in no particular order) advertising 24 hour emergency service and being told we wouldn’t be able to be worked in until the next 1-3 days, I began to wonder why 24 hour service was even being advertised. Then Indoor Solutions returned our call.
My husband spoke with the tech who said they would come, but it would be late because they were on another job. They did come and unfortunately the part we needed would have to be ordered so there was no fixing it Thursday night. Ultimately, we decided Friday morning that we would replace rather than once again repair this system. Indoor Solutions had other work scheduled, but understanding our misery, said they would come back Friday night and do the job so we would not be without a/c all weekend. In July!!.
I came home from work that evening to an army of Indoor Solutions professionals, including the owner, installing the new system. By 830 pm it was done and my house was cooling. So often nowadays I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service so many businesses have. The only way I can truly thank this company is with my loyalty and by word of mouth. They not only were professional, extremely good at what they do and accommodating, but they really went over and above for a customer. I hope everyone reading this makes gives them a chance to earn their business. I know they will always be my first choice!!

We have called them about 5 times now and every time the service has been excellent. I completely trust the work they do now after seeing them come to our rescue on some of the hottest days here in the south. Thanks guys!

Such great service! The technician arrived 15 minutes prior to his ETA. He was very polite, professional and very helpful in explaining what our issue was. The price was reasonable. I will be calling them again with any future AC issues. Our AC is working perfect today on this 97 degree day and I have yall to thank for that. THANK YOU!

Great Service, Response, & Rates! ISI has been very responsive to my air conditioning and heating needs. They have also saved me money through their maintenance service contract by finding potential costly issues before they got to that point.
Every technician has been respectful and takes time to explain what they are doing and how to better maintain my units between the periodic maintenance visits. They have been accommodating of my busy schedule to schedule the maintenance visits and for any issues that arise. I will use them for all of my HVAC needs!
