A malfunctioning garage door opener timed the close of the door so that as my wife backed out, the top of her SUV caught the door and bent it out-of-shape. She could not see to avoid this, because the door was out of sight of both the SUV’s backup camera and her view since it was just timed perfectly to be caught by the upper part of the door.
You’ll see in the attached photo below that the door looks untouched and, in fact, is in better shape than when we purchased the house – IDC reinforced it and added bolts. We did not have to replace the bottom panel!

Fantastic next day service after my phone call when my garage door broke a spring. Price was excellent and the technician was experienced and very professional and showed me several worn out bearings on the spring cables which I asked him to replace, and also the spring on the other side. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone for garage door repair. John Wilson in Powder Springs, Ga.

One of our garage door springs broke early on a Saturday morning. We called Suzanne and she had someone here within an hour. The tech was very fast and professional with replacing both of our springs. He also found another issue which he promptly repaired. Awesome service. Highly recommend!!

Great service and experience with IDC Garage Door. Susanne was very quick to respond to questions, great communication about scheduling, and very knowledgeable about how to address our situation. Junior did a fantastic job working on our garage door and installing the new motor. We are so very happy to have a garage door that works flawlessly now.

We’ve used IDC for new garage opener installation, spring replacement and general maintenance over the years and have always had good service from them. This past weekend, I had a spring break which made my garage door very difficult to open so I called IDC (on a Sunday) and they came out same day and replaced the spring. Very friendly people who do good work. Would recommend!
