Candy Apple Custom Collision II, Inc was was established by owner Sally Sargent in 1983. Her son Kyle Sargent took over the daily operations as manager in 2008 upon graduation from Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College. Kyle grew up in the collision business and has a passion for it that shows. Kyle is an ASE certified collision repair estimator as well as an Accredited Automotive Manager from AMI (Automotive Management Institute). Continuing education is very important at Candy Apple as things are always changing in the automotive industry. Kyle attends numerous training classes each year to insure you always receive the latest technology when it comes to your repair.

I prayed about where to take my car after the accident, cause she was a brand new 2023 Chevy trailblazer , and I had peace with Candy apple collisions in Cartersville, Georgia! From the moment they picked up my car, till I got her back, very Pleasant experience. Dee was so friendly everytime we spoke genuinely customer service! Rare in 2024, and from start to Finish Harrison was giving me also most daily updates from parts coming, Labor, and finally paint! I’m so grateful for the excellent service I received at Candy Apple Customs! My car was ready when they said it would be, and it looks great. The office manager even helped me find my cell phone that got lost under the seat of my rental car. It’s a comfort to experience that kind of caring, hands-on customer service. This company did a great job on my car repairs following a motor vehicle accident. They had a difficult time dealing with the other driver’s insurance but stood their ground and were very ethical in making sure that my vehicle was repaired to its previous condition

Wow. I honestly thought some of these reviews were paid for. Nope, Dee provides the best customer service I’ve ever encountered, the work done was impeccable. They even took my roof rack off for me and replaced it when done, as well as a wash and quick detail. I won’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else if I need work done in the future.

Recently had someone rear end our vehicle. It was important to us to have quality work done. We had to wait a while to get into Candy Apple but they are definitely worth the wait. Candy Apple was professional in their customer service and their work. They helped us with the insurance process and rental and kept us up to date all along the way. I was very pleased with Candy Apple! I hope I don’t need any body work in the future, but if I do I will use them again. Dee always kept me informed on the progress. She was always super nice and helpful. I came into contact with Levi and Harrison also and they were super helpful and friendly. Thank you Candy Apple for making this experience for me, a breeze! It’s hard when you have a wreck and it’s not your fault, but I truly felt like I was taken care of!
