Electrician, Adam Carlisle, is a breath of fresh air! He loves what he does, he excels at what he does, and he loves the company he works for! He replaced a faulty breaker and the power was instantly restored. Adam’s professional gifts and his good-heartedness, certainly started my day off in a very positive way!

We called Mr. Electric after the windstorm April 1st took down part of our tree which pulled down powerlines and ripped our meter box off the wall. Our technician Veaya was amazing, she was super responsive and helpful and got all of the work done within two days to help get us back in our house with the power back on!

I contacted Mr. Electric on a Wednesday afternoon and had a technician scheduled to be at my home the next morning between 8AM and 11AM. The next morning at approximately 10 minutes to 8, Brian Stack from Mr. Electric was at my front door. I was dreading the cost of having electrical work done on the home that I am renovating due to amount of work that would be necessary. I knew there would be many issues due to the previous owner doing some DIY wiring work that was questionable at best. Brian was very pleasant, asked a number of questions, and jumped right in diagnosing and then providing me with a cost estimate. I am a budget and discount kinda of guy and of course wish the estimate was less than what it was. But Brian explained all options and provided me with necessary information so that I could make a informed decision on what work that I needed to have performed. In reality, the quote was more than reasonable (I did a little research on internet) and that the cost would probably be difficult to beat this particular quote. Brian went to work and spent a few hours baking in the hot sun outside my home to repair my electrical issue. Then, he came inside and went above and beyond and fixed a couple of issues inside my home. I have dealt with many contractors while renovating this house. Brian Stack was the best that I have yet to deal with. I’m not easily impressed, but Brian, you have my trust and I will be calling you again soon to have additional work done. If Brian is typical of Mr. Electric, I highly recommend you seriously consider them for any electrical work you may need.

There are not enough words to describe the amazing customer service that we received from Daniel Stakes and the team at Mr. Electric. I CAN NOT BELIEVE the effort that was put into solving our problem! Daniel took the time to evaluate the entire situation before he made his recommendation. We talked with Daniel, who thoroughly explained our options, and decided on a plan of action. Daniel had all of the necessary parts with him, on his truck, and was able to start right away. Along the way, we ran into some issues with the control unit for our lights. Daniel took the time to speak with customer service for our control unit and worked with the manufacture to resolve the issue!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I would call the team back for anything I ever needed, in fact they are already researching my next project and working to come up with the best plan of action! WHAT A TRUE HIDDEN ATLANTA GEM!!

I received white glove service!!! I had a pole and lantern installed in my front yard which consist of digging a trench and wirers. The electrical technician who was David Day came out gave me a up front quote with no hidden charges and fees! He was very professional and represented Mr. Electric well… Mr. Day was prompt and on time, explaining the process step by step, gave me a few options to minimize less damage to my drywall and went over and above his duties by cleaning up the areas where he worked. Needless to say I’m a happy camper and will call on Mr. Electric again for all my electrical needs. I like to go with what I know!
