Geraldo did an excellent job replacing my Electrical Box and all my outlets. He was informed and very hard working. He was one of the best electricians. I’ve ever met. I could have asked for a better job done. A shout out to Justin and Wes too. They worked just as hard as assistants. They all were great. Casteel was the right choice for my job. I highly recommend them.

I can not express how great of an experience we have had with this company for the last 6 months or so. From preventative maintenance to installs, service, dispatch, and sales; every single person has been phenomenal & they truly stand by their work. I have to give huge props to Connor, who has worked with us multiple times. Today, he came out for what should have been a quick fix to ultimately find a larger issue with our install. He worked with his manager and across other teams in the office to make sure we were treated like family. I also want to mention Hunter, who has been our sales person for about 6 months. Both of these gentlemen are truly amazing! I have always felt like processes are explained well & I am treated respectfully. They are incredibly clean & I always feel safe with them in my home. Thank you, Casteel, for having such high standards & caring so much for your customers!

Great company . They always give fair pricing and great service. No high pressure sales. They also try to have the same tech come to your home. That way they already know your system and what to keep a watch on. I have Tristian who is awesome.

Been using Casteel after they acquired the old company that did my heat pump install. Their technicians have been consistently great and they seem reasonably priced. I will continue having them come out to maintain my system.

Zach and Charles came to install a whole now HVAC system. Started at 8 and done by noon on a big job like this. Walked us through everything and even set my phone up to Bluetooth to the system. Wow. They are fantastic and highly recommended.

Did a service on our ac and our water heater went out we called them they have 24 hr hot line and they were here next day to replace it so we didn’t have to go without hot water this company is top notch customer service which is hard to find anymore will always use this company anytime I have a problem. Highly recommend!

I was given a one hour window for the sales person and then for the installation team and they consistently arrived on time! Had an entire air conditioning unit replaced and some new venting and the team worked quickly, efficiently, and were communicative and friendly in a very professional manner. I was very impressed!! Highly recommend Casteel

Tankless water heater stopped working. Several plumbers could not fix the problem. I called Casteel. Javier was prompt to come out. He did a great job explaining the issue and limitations and a solution. We did have to replace the water heater. Javier offered a great price on a better unit and was able to complete the install the same day. We now have hot water again. Great service!!

Leon was fantastic. Although he was supposed to have a helper but ended up having to come solo, he didn’t stop until the work was completely done. He took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns sincerely. I hope he gets recognized for his dedication and integrity.
The only issue we had was that the job was not done completely right the first time when the new equipment was first installed by other techs. Leon came to save the day and fixed our airflow by installing new ducts, the right kind of thermostat for our unit, and balancing the rooms. Thanks so much for getting us from okay to great and taking care of us, Leon!

Had a new AC installed by Casteel a few years ago. It was determined the size unit (same as old) was not sufficient to get the job done. They replaced the unit with a larger one year later at no additional cost!! Who does that? Elliott came out recently to service my AC and he was awesome! It’s working better than before. Casteel goes above and beyond so highly recommend!!

Our technician Tristan was awesome! He was patient, professional, kind, and really explained the issue and the solution in a way that made sense. I’m a mom of 5 and really appreciated his understanding as everyone was vying for my attention and kept interrupting when he was on site. He worked efficiently and even vacuumed debris that fell from the ladder to the attic. We’re very satisfied with Casteel! Everyone including the lady that help me schedule our service visit we’re incredible.

My air conditioner was not working and I had been getting the run around with my home warranty. I was paying constantly for a system that was clearly needing to be replaced but they wanted to keep putting band aids on it. So I called Casteel and they sent someone out the same day. Blake came early and he provided with a good understanding of my system and how it works. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I think the value of what I’m getting from Casteel is going to be well worth the money spent.
