Welcome to Hong Kong Bistro ! Hong Kong Bistro brings traditional Asian Cuisine to Griffin. With our unique twist on Sushi and Asian food, you’re sure to find a dish that you’ll love. We start with only the freshest ingredients to stir fry delicious melodies of tastes and colors that are sure to delight the senses. We are open Tuesday through Sunday.

Our renowned Sushi Chef, Lewis Lai, learned the art of sushi in his homeland of Sarawak, Malaysia and brings with him the tradition of his ancestors and combines it with traditional and new techniques to create his own style of sushi and Asian cuisine. A unique taste that must be experienced, you’ll return again and again and find something new with every visit.

We offer traditional Asian Cuisine, dine in or buffet style, as well as ample seating at our famous sushi bar. Dining room seating and banquet room seating are also available. Or, for those on the go, call ahead and we’ll have your order ready for you to pick up at your convenience. You can also call and have you meal delivered (limited area) straight to your door.
