Homewatch CareGivers was founded by Paul Sauer in 1980 on the principle of delivering high-quality and compassionate care to people who need home care services. Today, with Paul’s daughter Leann Reynolds as president, his vision of being the premier provider of home care services continues on.

From providing the assistance that helps people age, rehabilitate, or recover at home, to enhancing quality of life by including clients in their own care decisions, to giving peace of mind to clients’ loved ones, our home care Franchisees leave a lasting impact on their communities. People who need home care services typically live in their own homes, an adult child’s home, or in independent living, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities.

Homewatch CareGivers commonly cares for clients in all of these settings. 89% of seniors wish to remain in their homes as long as possible, according to a 2009 AARP survey. We believe that seniors who remain at home in familiar, safe and comfortable environments experience a higher level of dignity and independence.

Homewatch CareGivers Franchisees have the experience and expertise to evaluate and recommend care options for their clients to help them remain safely at home. Our in-home safety evaluation and fall risk assessment make sure the home environment is suitable for care delivery, and our quality assurance visits and outcomes measurement tools give clients’ families peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the best care.

Leann Reynolds, Paul’s daughter, now leads Homewatch International as the company’s first female President. Miss Reynolds is equally committed to the mission of Homewatch CareGivers, to preserve dignity, protect independence and provide peace of mind for clients and loved ones by providing exceptional home care.

Jeff and Tarreca were great. Tarreca was the “Best!” As mom”s health declined she worked very hard to keep mom safe and comfortable! She became a part of my family during this trying time for mom and I. I would use them again if I am ever in need of a care giver!

I needed a care giver at the last minute for 24 hours. I contacted Homewatch and they got back to me immediately and had a care giver lined up w/in 24 hours. They quoted me the best hourly rate and did not hassle me about details, which I really appreciated because I needed a care giver in three days.
My care giver (Tanja) was WONDERFUL! She was friendly, patient and knowledgable. She took me to my surgery and back home. She was clean, honest and (important to me) she respected me and my home. I highly recommend Homewatch (told my surgeon also) and if needed will use them again in the future.

I am really impressed with our caregivers and the back up support the office staff give me and my family. I am taking care of mom and dad’s finances and personal stuff and it has been very tough find a provider that helps navigate the insurance world and also is awesome in home with my folks. They knew how to best get this new life change for my parents too run smoothly. My brother and I are so glad to have someone there who can help keep them safe in the home and handle a lot of the little emergencies that pop up weekly. A+++ for the East Atlanta crew! THANK YOU!
