Scott is absolutely the best in the business! And his assistant Shelia is such a sweetheart! We got an inspection done for our home (first time homebuyers) so thankful we went with Georgia Home Pros because they go above and beyond. Scott’s thorough inspection opened our eyes to all the things wrong with the house that looked normal to us. Also, glad and thankful I talked to Shelia about having the crawlspace checked out. We paid the additional fee to have Scott go inside and look around. That extra fee saved us thousands of dollars! We decided to pass on the house because of that issue and many others but GA Home Pros is our official inspector for our future home(s). Nobody does it like them!

He provided a very detailed report with images so there was no question on anything. He had a great attitude and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

He saved us from buying a home that would have ruined us financially and then helped us inspect a second home we ended up buying. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. I was more than impressed with his overall knowledge and expertise. He also did a great job admitting when something was over his head. He asked us to speak to a professional on a possible grading issue to see cost and solution but showed us why it was a problem.
