Highland Urgent Care is an amazing urgent care. Compared to other offices it feels like home for me. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the review regarding Taeshawn. The receptionist Taeshawn that greets us at the door has an amazing personality. She is always positive and very welcoming. When I am done with my appointment before I can hit the car she has already emailed me my itemized receipt and if she is busy she will give me a time frame on when to expect it. She has gone above and beyond several times to help me and my family who have been members here under peard for several months now. Whether it’s about getting my medication refill, calling to help me schedule an appointment where I was referred, setting up a phone visit, or even needing to ask the provider a question in the patient portal which is very easy to do. Taeshawn walked me through how to use the patient portal to communicate with providers or ask for refill etc. btw I am in no way tech savvy, but she explained it perfectly, and now I can use the portal on my own. We never had to wait for responses due to Taeshawn assisting us to resolve any issues. We know that we have medications and care that need monitoring so we signed up for peard so that we won’t have to stress medication refills. We can even come into the office with a last minute urgent request with no issues or schedule an appointment. That review is untrue and no one’s character should be diminished this way. Taeshawn is a sweet & committed employee. I have seen her in action so many times taking on several hats at highland. Go see for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

They are so convenient! they allow walk-ins and quick appointments, friendly professionals, staff. This is my number one place for all travel needs.

What an amazing experience! You can really tell Dr. Nicholas cares about his patients. The nurses were all very kind and helpful :) Pricing wise it was affordable compared to other Doctors offices. Thank you for an amazing and easy experience

The Staff at Highland Urgent Care are very helpful and attentive. They ask the right questions, really listen to your answers and explain your best options for recovery. Both Amy and Morgan are fantastic and I highly recommend them to anybody in need of urgent care.

I have been seeing Dr. Beaulieu for 5 yrs & from the very beginning I felt he truly cared about my health issues.He spent considerable time with me during my first visit & continued to do so in all future visits. He has a warm & kind bedside manner, takes plenty of time to explain my illness, thinks outside the box & is extremely knowledgeable about various ways to treat symptoms.He has been available 24/7 by phone/text since I’ve worked w/him.He’s the best doctor I’ve ever been to!

I had an appointment with Nicholas Beaulieu on Saturday. From the front desk to the patient room, everything went smooth and nice. Dr. Beaulieu was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked many questions and he answered all of them with patience.
His assistant was awesome as well. I highly recommend Dr.Beaulieu and his team

Dr. Beaulieu takes the time to explain options or alternative treatments available. He is also familiar with what most insurances will cover or deny and takes that into consideration when recommending treatment.

I’ve been going to them for 10 years and love it. If you need to be seen quickly, just walk in. Usually there is a wait of only minutes. The staff is friendly. And whoever the medical professional you see they will be knowledgeable and thorough.

Still the best treatment place I have ever gone. The parking is tight for a full size pickup truck and there are closer places to where I live that I could go for treatment, but the time with Dr. Nick is more than worth it to me to drive for 20 minutes.
I’ve always been able to walk in with a minimal wait (if any wait at all). He and all the staff are incredibly friendly and take time with you. He is a great believer in curing the problem, not just giving you drugs to treat symptoms.
They have a new billing system that also links to a portal. You can see all your records at anytime you need.

I have been treated by Dr. Nick and Highland Urgent Care since 2014. I have some very unique chronic conditions that they continue to help me with. You won’t find a more caring medical team with an AMAZING response time to your requests. Nothing happens in my medical journey without first consulting Dr. Nick and HUCFM.

This was one of the best urgent care facilities that I’ve been too! I’m an urgent care junky lol my doctor is never available so I always go to urgent care when needed! But the staff was very pleasant and friendly! I was seen by the P.A Amy and she was absolutely amazing, efficient, very helpful and knowledgeable! The front desk and the Med assistant was also great! Not to mention, they have free parking, I was the only one in the office, they had nice music playing and I got in and out In less than 30 min! They do not ask for a credit card to put on file!!!! They also allow you to pay your copay with cash if there’s one needed!! Great office!! Thanks you guys!

Everybody here is always so friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for years. Most of my doctors are in Marietta or Sandy Springs but this location is a great option so I don’t have to drive far distances. They have helped me when I’ve had the flu, bug bites and travel shots. If you decide to get shots for travel I highly recommend this place for such service. They even give you a travel first aid pack full of scripts to help with sleeping, stomach problems, etc. I recommend this place, every person is warm, kind, gentle and will greet you with a smile.

I came in on a Thursday afternoon to have my blood pressure checked and was so glad I chose this facility. The staff was friendly. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable. And the prices were very reasonable considering the quality of service. I would return again.

This has been my doctors office for a few years now. I’ve changed jobs and changed insurance policies multiple times and they’ve always taken my insurance.
The staff is friendly, the waiting room is nice, and you don’t need an appointment to see someone. You may not see a doctor – but you’ll definitely be able to see a nurse practitioner which is just as good to me for any ailment I’ve ever faced.
I would easily recommend Dr. Nick and his office/staff to get you taken care of.
