Had a delicious meal there today! Pulled pork sandwich and ribs were tasty!! Good size servings. My youngest son said it was “amazing”. Stop by and have a wonderful meal and visit.

The food here is always wonderful. I just tried the new smoked wings and they are awesome. I will probably never order anything else. Wish I had this recipe! I can’t begin to describe how good they are.

Arguing over bbq in Georgia has led to many fights, divorces, and spats. However, Phil Beaubein has cornered the market, and his will settle all arguments as it is simply the best. Ambience is great: a typical old style hole-in-the-wall with that great hickory smell permeating everything. He does it like it’s supposed to be done: no fancy sauces, simple slow smoke with hickory wood. Reasonably priced and just outstanding. He’s been in the business for over 20 years and seems to get better every year. You won’t need a knife to cut the pork, just use a fork. It’s that tender. Have eater here for nearly 10 years, and it is always top drawer. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes bbq.

I eat here at least twice a week. This is best bbq east of the Mississippi river. Great ribs, stew, and pulled pork smoked with real hickory wood. Put this place on your bucket list!

My father is a bigger BBQ fan than me. But Hickory Pig has made me a believer. I come here once a week sometimes twice and my dad comes here 2 to 4 times a week. When we do come we stay for an hour to two and half hours entranced in conversation and BBQ smoked to perfection. Gotta try it, and don’t forget to tip lil bit!!! Lil bit is Phil’s sidekick.
