After searching for 3 years for a manual Honda CR-Z, I had found 4 within 150mi of north GA. One of them being at Heyward Allen Toyota. I originally didn’t give the car a chance, due to some minor issues that I just didn’t want to fix. So I left before even going on a test drive.

Peter was the salesman I worked with, a genuine, and amazing gentleman! He did not care about just getting the sale, he cared about my wants and needs first. He did not hesitate to go the extra mile just so I would be happy; a rare thing for me to experience.

After looking at the other 3 cars, and doing the math between them all, and considering the salesmen/dealers I worked with; I decided to give Peter, and this Red 2013 Honda CR-Z a chance. Boy, I’m glad I did!

Not only did Peter go above and beyond for me, but so did the dealership! They worked for 3 days to make a deal work between my trade-in, themselves, and my lender!

That’s 5-star customer service, and definitely earned; even if I didn’t buy the car (which I did).

I will not hesitate to look for my next vehicle purchase at Heyward Allen!

Mr. Harbison was my dealer and he was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my car. This dealership seems to have many experienced dealers who are good at providing all the relevant information for purchasing a car. Also, I felt like the upper management working diligently to meet customer needs. Would recommend to friends and family.

Weldon, the sales guy we worked with was nothing short of awesome. He first helped out my Mom & went above and beyond for her. He treated her with respect that a lot of others don’t with women when they’re alone. The next week I asked for him when getting my truck. I would highly recommend going there to anyone looking. We have now bought 3 vehicles there and will be back in the future when it’s time for another car or truck.

Went to Heyward Allen to have my car checked out due to an engine light warning. My car was 10 yr vehicle with 207,000 miles. Found out it would cost to much money to fix. Decided it was time to purchase another vehicle! We have been using salesman Tim Jump for years. He asked what I was looking for, answered his questions and said let’s see what’s available. Within 23 hours after Tim researched the best vehicle for me, treated me like family. I left the dealership with the vehicle we liked, being shiny red in color, my favorite color! Great and easy transaction, very professional! I highly recommend Tim Jump at Heyward Allen for your next vehicle purchase! Happy customer!!

Everyone was friendly! We did have a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected with it being a Saturday. Meng helped us get my dream car after I was in a hit and run. I strongly recommend the Athens location.
