My experience with Henningsen has been exceptionally positive. The staff’s approach has been consistently courteous, professional, and notably effective in communicating complex legal concepts in simple, understandable terms. Despite the typically prolonged nature of legal proceedings, they are always patient, checked in regularly, even when I was unable to respond to their calls promptly.
I had worked with Karen, Rebecca, and Arlene. They all provided outstanding services. Especially Arlene, she is so patient, concise, professional, and she was persistent to fight for the best benefits for me and my daughter. She is so knowledgeable and told me lots of knowledge I could never figure out by myself.
Henningsen stands out for genuinely assisting their clients, a stark contrast to other firms that might use technical jargon to intimidate or exploit clients. Unlike most law firms that my family met with, Heninngson gave us importance, payed attention to every detail, and went above and beyond with getting the most out of our claim. My family and I had a great experience with Henningson. We worked with Rebecca and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable on the topic, explained everything in very simple terms, went out of her way to call hospitals, insurance companies, etc., and took advantage of every small detail to get the most out of our claim. She consistently kept us updated and did most of the hard work for us. She really went above and beyond in helping us get the most we could out of our case. She and the rest of the team were all very down to earth, patient, and actually took their time to hear us out completely. I would definitely recommend Henningsen Injury Attorneys for anyone involved in an auto accident.
