Paul John salesman was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable of all the details of the Odyssey we acquired. He kept in touch over the year we had spoken about a new Odyssey. He called me about new Odyssey and set up appointment and walked away with a new Odyssey for my wife. He understood my wife’s desire for certain accessories as well as mine. We discussed price and my requirements and came to terms quickly and very fair. Very very happy with Paul and the Woodstock staff. They were determined I was not leaving unless my wife and I were 100% satisfied.

Just purchased a new 2024 Honda Ridgeline through salesman Paul John. What a wonderful experience that I’ve never received from any car salesman in my past years of buying vehicles. Paul spent a lot of time walking my wife and I through the basic operation of the vehicle. He also gave me a fair purchase price for the vehicle and the same on the trade-in of my 2005 Tacoma. I observed a female employee, Wilda (?), who spoke with several elderly customers providing feedback and status. They were concerned and she was great at making them feel comfortable. I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful she was. Amazing. Such a small thing but what a difference.

The waiting room, dealership floors, and rest rooms are clean and the coffee fresh.

Spoke with Armando, a salesman while waiting for my recalls to be taken care of. He is very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and no pressure. I would recommend working with him and will see him for my next Honda purchase.

I owned a Chrysler six pack (plus viper) before I retired. It is all about people. And the customer service woman who worked the service waiting area and Armando both represent the best that I witnessed. Will know more after my service is finished.

I was incredibly impressed and pleased with my visit to Hennessy Honda. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Julie Wyatt was outstanding! I was upgrading my 2018 Civic to a 2024 CR-V. Julie was knowledgeable about the different features each trim contained and explained them thoroughly. We walked the lot together to see each trim and color in person, and we took a thorough test drive on local streets and the highway. I really felt that Julie wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my purchase, which I certainly am. I know Honda’s are great vehicles and hold their value, so I know I won’t need an upgrade soon, but I’ll come back to visit Julie when the time comes for an upgrade, and I’ll proudly recommend anyone on the market for a new car to go see Julie.

Armando was excellent!! Very attentive and knowledgeable. One of the best test drives I’ve ever experienced! Greg in finance worked hard to get me a better interest rate than my credit union and everything worked out. Damien assisted with the final details and was very informative about additional warranties. I experienced top tier customer service and would recommend anyone in GA to travel to Woodstock to purchase their car!
