Heard’s Appliance Repair Service was started in 1991 by George Heard. Since then, it has become a preferred choice for any appliance repair service in the Northeast Georgia and the surrounding area. It is a family owned and operated company focused on customer satisfaction. We guarantee all repair work and do not charge for comebacks, unless warranty has expired.

He has fixed an issue with my dishwasher and replaced a broken ice tray for my freezer. His level of expertise in all appliances is comforting to my family and me because things break and you don’t want to have to call one of the big box stores to contract a service technician to come out – he does it all.

Had Mr. Heard come out for freezer repair. he came in and looked at my freezer. Told me defrost had gotten turned off due to possible power turning on and off or storms. And all we had to due was turn power off and let defrost. It is great dealing with a good dependable and honest business. Thank you Mr. Heard.

I called and asked for service for a fridge and after making the appointment called back and said that I wanted him to check a washer also. He agreed immediately. He gave me a time, was prompt and on time and very patient with my questions as well as fixing both my problems with one visit. I found his charges to be very reasonable and found him to be very knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Heard wholeheartedly!!

Called early afternoon and was set for a appointment the next day but he showed up late afternoon on the day I called. Got it done and now we don’t have to do dishes by hand anymore. Yeah.
