Hawaiian Style BBQ

Hawaiian Style BBQ – “A Taste of Aloha”. Residing in Augusta, Georgia for the past 6 years, my husband and I wanted to bring a taste of home to share with our new friends and ohana in the CSRA. What better way than through our style of grilling and cooking. We have participated in a few local events and fairs such as the Arts in the Heart and Boshear’s Skyfest, where we were able to showcase our unique flavors, and the instant reply was, ” Where are you located?” and “Where can I get a plate?”

Now, here we are, taking our dream, and making it a reality to share a taste of Hawaii with you. From the traditional luau plate with: Lau Lau, Kalua Pork, Chicken Long Rice, Lomi Salmon, and Ahi Poke, to “ono” local kine grinds (as said in Hawai’i for good eats) like Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, Beef Short Ribs, or Chicken Katsu to name a few. We hope that everyone will be able to take a short trip to Hawaii, right here in Georgia.
