John was thorough and helpful as he reviewed the situation with our basement. We didn’t need Harris’ services, but will absolutely consider them for any future needs.

We had been having water come in a basement corner during large storms. Ther has been 2 other people who car out and guessed at the problem, did work, and didn’t fix the problem. During the initial consult with Harris, it was clear he knew what he was doing. He immediately explained the problem and told us how it should be fixed. He didn’t try to up sell us. They showed up on time. Did the work. Didn’t leave a mess afterwards. They were as unintrusive as possible. I recommend them.

I had a great experience with Harris Waterproofing. Right from beginning to end, salesperson, Angela at the office and the crew led by Josh was awesome. Very professional. They answered all my queries with patience. The techs did a great job and as promised they covered my things in the basement with plastic sheets to protect from dust and did a great job clearing out all the debris. I will certainly continue working with Harris Waterproofing for any future needs and recommend highly to anyone looking for waterproofing their basements.

Excellent communication with office – answered questions about payment and scheduling very quickly. Crew appeared on time, worked REALLY hard (crawl space trenching – yikes) and were polite and professional at all times. I recommend Harris Waterproofing highly.
