Jonathan Byrd Built Greenbriar on One Standard:
If He’s Not Satisfied, the Job Isn’t Done.

Jonathan Byrd started Greenbriar in 2020, basically as a side project. Then he found out he was going to be a dad, hired some people, and the rest took care of itself. Word spread. The business grew. And somewhere along the way, it turned into something he was genuinely proud of.

What drives him isn’t complicated. A lot of homeowners have been burned by contractors who didn’t show up, left jobs half-finished, or charged more than they quoted. Jonathan got into this business to be the opposite of that. He says the most rewarding part of the job is restoring faith in homeowners who’ve been let down before.

His standard is his own. Even when a customer is satisfied, that’s not always enough for him. He’s not done with a project until he is. That’s just how he works.

Excellent communication/response time. I am impressed with the quality of work and the quote was significantly lower than the one from the painting company I have used several times in the past. I would definitely call Greenbriar again. Update: I have used them 3 times now and they do good work at a fair price.

I have been selling real estate since 2002. I have been through so many contractors. And subcontractors. Jonathan is a class act. He stays within budget. He always shows up on time and his communication skills are over the top. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. He is amazing.

Honestly can’t say enough good things. Jonathan was very professional and thorough. My house needed extra prep work than just painting and Jonathan made sure it was done right. Jorge and his crew were wonderful and went above and beyond with all their hard work but also offering to haul a big box away that my trash wouldn’t take since they were already going to the dump. My house looks great!! 10/10 would recommend and use again.
