If you love your ride, visit these guys! I have a ’97 bimmer that I do most of the work on. I installed fully adjustable suspension components on all four corners years ago but over time the wear and tear and components replacement. I was un-aligned in a big way. Wearing out tires and the whole sha-bang. These guys care about cars and they have fun at this shop. If you’re cheap or don’t love your ride, go to a big box tire shop. I’ve had my car aligned at BMW several times and it was still never right. These guys get it right. To facilitate a better alignment, I was asked to sit in the car. Cool! Watched as all the numbers turned green on the alignment machine. The rear toe has been off for years and they straightened it like “wha’?” (normal business). Not sure of the reason for the negative reviews. If you’re super finicky, maybe you should try another place, or put ya big boy pants on realize these guys are humans too. Not perfect. Great guys, great time, great alignment! The other customers are pretty cool as well. Met several long term customers on my visit.
PS
As for the alignment, I was over 95 right after leaving the shop and she was tracking great! Not bad for 17 yr old with 263,000 miles.

Honestly if you care about your car or just want to be treated honestly why would you go anyplace else? If you want to be treated honestly and be able to trust what you are told this is the place to go. There are other places that may seem cheaper bit they will cost you more in the long run.
I will not let anyone else touch my car. That includes the performance car and the daily driver.

Went to Gran Turismo for the first time yesterday and my only regret is that I have not used them before. I has a severe rear alignment/toe issue on my Lexus gs 300 that destroyed my rear tires in a year. It turns out that Firestone had completely botched the original job, but told me I needed new front and rear struts,( $1,400) and then later that my adjustment bolts were stripped. After getting a recommendation from ToyoTech-excellent honest repair shop, I made an appointment and within an hour the damage was fixed for $130 and my alignment is exact.. After hearing that potential damage could have been in the $ thousands, one can imagine my relief. Every Lexus owner with alignment issues should go to GT. Don’t be put off by the location and their high performance work, everyone was exceptionally nice

Great shop! Took my car in for an alignment after installing new suspension parts. Worked with Gabe and Jeff, great guys, consulted me for all aspects of the alignment. Had a great time talking to the guys and learning a few things while getting to see a little of what they do. Would have hung around the shop more if I wasn’t slowing these guys down :). Car rides smooth and fast. Highly recommended!
