Adam was right on time bringing the pane of glass for my window fix. He had it installed and all cleaned up in less than an hour. I’ve had trouble finding anyone who would just replace a pane of glass. It was great to find Adam and Glass Dr.

Great service! John made the job easier by bringing the transom windows to me in advance so I could paint them. This saved me from climbing a ladder on a steep ledge to install.

It took me over 4 months to find a reputable company to replace my “side-light.” I saw a Glass Doctor van servicing another home in my neighborhood and chased it down for a photo. I called, explained what I needed, was directed to their site for samples and set an appt for an estimate. There was a little mis-communication over the number of sidelights I wanted replaced. But the work was completed in a timely fashion and under budget.

The process for getting a broken window pane was very easy to schedule. Took a picture, sent it in and got a quick quote. Scheduled very quickly, showed up on time and repaired the window. Technician was very friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for?

Jonathan came out today and replaced the glass in two windows that had become fogged. It was a little tricky because they were fixed pane and it hard to remove the glass, but he took the time necessary to do a great job. It was easy to schedule the appointment with Glass Doctor and they were very professional to deal with.

Went on website on my phone, filled out forms, submitted. Got back fair quote, they called & scheduled a time to work. I put down a small $ deposit & paid balance when work was done.

Everything went as scheduled. Our exterior glass for the window came in early. The only negative was I was not given the time frame from when they measured to when the glass would arrive. In the end it worked beautifully.

I had my window glass replaced in my home and the service was excellent from the call center to the actual glass specialist. Bill Culpepper was very professional and so quick in installing the window back. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Excellent work. Very professional, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. We’ve had broken windows in the past that we tried to locate a handyman with the skills to repair glass panes and in the end it cost us more without the quality of work and a lot of time wasted. Save time and money – go straight to the glass professionals!
