I had an appointment to get an estimate for damage on my door. Fortunately, it wasn’t deep enough that it would need major repairing. Without asking me to make an appointment to bring it back, they immediately took my car to the shop and buffed it out!! Beyond satisfied with the service. The ladies in the office are very nice as well!!

Phenomenal service! The customer service was superb and Frank, the adjuster, was great. They did a great job communicating and my van was done quicker than imagined. My van looks brand new again.

Just got my car back yesterday and Gerber did an AWESOME job.We just hope they don’t have the kind of trouble we’ve had out of the insurance carrier that the person that hit me has. Quality work, we’ll be spreading the word soon (if all goes well with billing). Thank You!!

Rose and the whole front office were kind and communicative. They answered all my questions and I never had to wait long on the phone. Thanks for making a terrible situation not so terrible. Your professional and caring attitudes really can mean a lot when a person is facing major repairs or possible total loss on a vehicle.

The lady at the front desk, Faith, was amazing. Great personality and wonderful customer service. The staff, technicians, and estimator, were also very easy to speak to & understanding in the ways they spoke me through everything and explained to me. They were all such great people and deserve a raise!! Amazing team & place!’ Definitely recommend.

Rose was so personable and efficient. Sent regular updates on the repair. Staff kept Ins. Co. updated- so no issues with rental. Workmanship is always excellent at Gerber. Appreciate the good atmosphere there too.

They went out of their way to help me. I was so sick in bed with the flu and there was no way possible I could get up and go get my car. They actually brought me my car and returned the rental car for me. I am so very appreciative of that. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much! Y’all were fast and very helpful and answered all of my questions. Y’all took my car the same day that I called because I had a headlight out and made this process, that was caused by an incident that was not my fault, as easy as it possibly could’ve been given the circumstances. From updating me multiple times weekly to returning my rental car for me. Thanks again.
