BEST BODY SHOP!!!!
After the first time I came to these guys, I swore I’d never go anywhere. They get ALL of my business. Their standard is EXCELLENCE, and that’s what they deliver. Knowing that GERBER is fixing my car is one less thing to worry about. At other places I’ve had to go back multiple times for substandard work. Unfortunately, I’ve needed these services more than I like to admit, but when Gerber does the work, it’s always perfect the first time. I would have to imagine that if there WERE a problem, fixing it would be just as nice an experience. They are DEFINITELY about customer satisfaction. Because of their work, I would be inclined to trust any GERBER body shop. But if I’m in Atlanta, these are the only folks touching my car.

Everyone was professional. I will never go to another repair shop. The tech who fixed my car was resourceful and innovative. The part was unavailable by the car manufacturer, so he thought outside of the box to get the part I needed and got my back in my car. When they returned my car, it was so clean and pretty just as it was when I purchased it.

Gerber has the best customer service! We were amazed at the constant updates we received during the repair process, the front desk folks really care!!
The staff in general is very professional and the price was fair considering the damage to our car.
