George Stein handled my case for 2 years, he represented me in court. He was available anytime I needed an update. He was very professional and didn’t give up when the case kept being delayed. George Stein eventually won my case and my case was dismissed. I highly recommend him.

George Stein represented my husband in his complex DUI case. The outcome of the case didn’t look good on our end. Mr. Stein used his knowledge in the law to find Errors that were made. He recommended we take it to a bench trial, where he presented the argument to the judge, with supporting documentation. When the trial was over, all charges, and tickets were dropped. We ended up settling for a lesser charge, and couldn’t have been more satisfied with his representation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in a DUI situation. Thank you Mr. Stein!

George was an absolute gem to have at my side. I was on strike 2 for a DUI (first was reduced to reckless driving) and he managed to get the same on this second one. Did the second have a few more requirements? Yes. But I also deserve them for making an idiotic mistake twice. George was at my side whenever needed and is an absolute professional.

Mr. Stein was able to completely dismiss my family member’s DUI charge. Mr. Stein and his firm know the details of the law and will fight for their client. He is known as THE DUI lawyer for a reason. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else above Mr. Stein. He is the truth!

After going through 2 lawyers and being told by several others that I would need to accept a wreckless, I decided to hire Mr.Stein because he was willing to take my case to trial and fight for me. Not only did I not have to go to trial, my DUI was completely dismissed!! It was very difficult to find a great lawyer and determine who was all marketing and who was really legit and George exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Stein was hired a little over a year ago to represent a family member who had been charged with a DUI and 2 counts of felony obstruction . After taking my family member’s case and reviewing it,George was able to determine that the stop was invalid.After discussing the case with the prosecutor George was able to prove there was not adequate cause for the stop. The family member was able to enter a plea for reduced charges to a minor traffic violation and misdemeanor interference with an officer.I highly recommend George to defend you if are accused of drinking and driving. There is a reason this guy is known as “THE” DUI lawyer.

My daughter was recently represented by George Stein for DUI & Xanax possession. Mr. Stein was able to get the Xanax pills thrown out of evidence, due to an illegal search. Subsequently, the DUI was dismissed after negotiations with the prosecutor. A job well done!

After thoroughly researching and consulting with several top-rated attorneys in Atlanta, I hired George Stein because he is the best, bar none.
He was the first attorney that friends and family suggested, but I had several preconceived notions. I thought that because of George’s status and reputation, I would never actually speak to/ deal directly with him, that everything would be delegated to an associate, and that he would be inaccessible, and impossible to reach or hear back from. George’s level of service and professionalism, undeniably, eliminated my concerns.
I reached out to an attorney with hundreds of 5-star reviews, and a Avvo rating of 10 for a consultation. Over a week later, and calling at least 3 times, I was finally able to consult with this attorney. He said that he couldn’t say anything bad about George Stein, but the difference would be that I would have his cell number, and be able to easily reach him about my case. I found this ironic since George had been the first attorney to call me back, and it was from his cell phone since it was the weekend.
This attorney also charged double what George did, but it would’ve only been $2k more than George’s fee if his associate handled my case. I’m glad that I took the time to consult with other attorneys because by the time I met George in person, I knew without any shadow of a doubt that there was no competition.
With the exception of one other attorney, every other attorney I consulted with was more than happy to take my money to help me plead out. George did not sugarcoat anything, but he laid out all of my options, possible outcomes, and expertly represented me in whatever decision I made.
He is well-known and respected in the legal community, and every day we were in court, other attorneys would approach him with questions, or ask for his opinion on a matter, and some even sat in on our trial.
Needless to say, I’m glad I went with my gut on this one, and hired George Stein with a more than favorable result. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone else in need of his services.

George helped me get out of a DUI that I got for underage drinking. He was amazing. Honestly he was worth every penny I spent. I got charged with underage DUI, MIP, and failure to maintain lane. I blew a .053 which is over twice the legal limit for under 21. He got my case completely dismissed and honestly saved my career. If you need to make sure that you don’t get the “book” thrown at you by the system, call George Stein. He wrote the book that judges use for DUI’s and knows everyone there is to know to get your case resolved in your favor.

George Stein is unbelievably easy to work with and incredibly kind. Beyond being upfront and professional, he is phenomenal at his job. If not for his solid reputation and devotion, my family would never have made it out of the situation alive without his counsel and encouraging words. I’m so glad I hired George Stein to represent me when I was accused of driving DUI by an overzealous police officer who was new to the force and who completely lacked the proper judgment to discern an impaired driver. No matter what the circumstances of your case, Mr. Stein is the BEST lawyer you can have representing you. His knowledge and experience of the DUI laws and how to defend you are exceedingly deep and wide. Plus he is an incredibly persuasive individual.
