I was recently rear ended by a geico customer. When I submitted a claim they were super polite, helpful and quick every time I had to call them. It was submitted as a total damage. Gieco was very quick woth responding and settling my issue. Everything went extremely smoothly! The last thing you want to deal with after an accident is a rude insurance person on the phone. They were the exact opposite! I am extremely satisfied with their service. A+!! :)
