I went in for a charging port replacement on my iPhone 7 Plus only to find out it was simply dirty! They could have easily charged me for charging port repair service, but they are truly an honest business and I will be bringing my desktop to them along with sending them business from my job! They are the BEST!!!!

I scheduled on of their technicians to come out and take a look at what I thought might be a virus on my computer. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived on time and had me up and going in less than an hour. I’ve had other individuals come out for deliveries or other services and usually am provided a 4 hour window; but not this time. I was told they would be here at 2 and they were. Not wasting my time is a pet peeve of mine and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I needed a special part for my MAC that had to be ordered and it was going to be 2 weeks from the MAC Store. I advised the girl at geek it that it was my business computer and needed it now. They got the part ordered, called me the same day to say that they called the vendor to confirm it was indeed shipping then had the part the next day and installed it and got me back up and running. Very efficient and courteous service.

We have used Geek IT on many ocassions. My wife dropped her laptop and we thought it was totally fried and had lost all her data. Geek IT was able to repair the laptop and recover all her data for a cost of much less than a new PC. Geek IT has also fixed several of our smartphones. Any time we have a computer or phone problem, Geek IT is our first stop. Great folks to work with. Never had a bad experience.
