Fuji is exactly what you should expect from a Japanese restaurant. The minute you enter the door you are greeted with friendly staff, and beautiful Japanese decor. They have plenty of hibachi table areas, and there always seems to be some form of entertainment going on at them. I go there for the sushi. Josh is what you look for in a sushi chef. He’s always creating new rolls and loves to make something just for you, to fit your tastes. My two favorites are the Rudy Roll (named after me!) and the No Name Roll. Whether your new to sushi or a veteran, Fuji will offer something tasty for you!

We love Fuji. The food is really good and they give you a lot compared to those other, much pricier, Japanese Steakhouses in the area. We always have left overs. The hibachi chefs, usually, are really entertaining and funny.
