I used this firm to help me get a loan modification from my lender after trying for two full years unsuccessfully. I even hired another law firm in town to help first who couldn’t do anything for me before finding this firm through one of their letters mailed to my home.
My mortgage was underwater by $25,000 and I was behind on payments. The bank said I needed to come up with $18,000 within 10 days or my home would foreclose. I didn’t have that kind of money and so I called these folks and worked with Jay. He was a lifesaver! The $18,000 got reduced to only $5,500 and my loan balance was reduced by $32,000! On top of that my mortgage payment went down by $450 per month.
Jay was very helpful through the entire process (which lasted about five months) and made everything so easy and kept me calm during the process. I was planning to walk away from the home but I’m so happy I found Jay and Secure Law Center, Freeman Saxton P.C.!!!

I live in Kansas City and I hired this law frim at their Florida office. My case was transferred to the Atlanta office which wasn’t so much of an inconvenience. I worked with Dan Dickson and Pete Pratts. These lawyers are great and they fixed my problem with the bank before my house was sold in foreclosure. Very honest and hard working attorneys.

After being fooled by another so-called “law firm” who said they could get my mortgage loan modified, I called Free Saxton, P.C. (Secure Law Center) and within 2 months my loan was modified and I was saving $375 per month!
