The agents at Free At Last are definitely there to serve you and your loved ones in the best way possible. They have a quick and efficient bail bond process that allows you to be reunited with your loved ones without any additional hassle or stress. I’ve used them twice and have never had an issue with documents or payment. They also have reasonable pricing and percentage, as well as text reminders to keep all involved parties accountable for making payments.

I called today because I needed justification for something. Thank god for Melvin! He was able to assist with everything I needed and gave information that the first bailsman (woman) didn’t give! Sometimes going the extra mile can be good for everyone! I think it’s called actually doing your job! Great job Mel!

This review is for Ms. Nikki Woods (Free at last), she was very efficient and extremely helpful with resolving my daughter’s release issues, as I was getting run around by others within the bonding company and the Fulton county detention center. What was taking 4 days, she took strong initiative an expediting the situation.
Ms. Woods was very understanding and extremely professional.

I am not from Georgia, however my son lives there and was wrongfully arrested. I was getting discouraged because most companies were turning me away because I lived out of state. Not Free at Last. They were so helpful and I was able to do everything completely online with the help of Ms. Quinn. Very grateful.

This was my first time coming here, I met a few of them and they all have good customer service no nasty attitude explain anything to you if you don’t understand. I am aware that no one would want to come here meaning that something bad has happened in your life but overall it was a very friendly atmosphere.

I worked with free at last to Post Bond for a loved one. I work specifically with Paula and She was great! I could tell the office was very busy, (the phones were ringing a lot) and I did have to go on hold a few times. But she always came back to me and She never forgot me. she always called me back when she said she would. I was very happy with their service and how quickly they took care of things. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to bond out their loved one quickly!

I appreciate how helpful the staff was. They seemed to genuinely care about people. One thing I noticed was they were NEVER judgmental! They answer the phone (which the jails HARLDY do), with enthusiasm and willingness to share important detailed information as to what to be prepared for during the process. I felt taken care of by literally every staff member there. I wish I could remember all the names but just to list a few, Marvin, Ken, Linda, I wish I remembered the name of the young ladies in the front next to Marvin and in the front office! They were ALL helpful and prompt. I appreciate them working with me!

The service was outstanding that Linda provided. She was able to help get my loved one out fast and for a great price. She made the process so simple and easy to understand as this was the first time I’ve went through this process for someone. She really came through in a timely of need and if you want you loved one to be in the caring hands of someone who is really going to work for you then go see LINDA!

I never thought I would need a bail bondsman until my family member recently got arrested. I was panic stricken and emotionally distraught trying to figure it out. Ms. Keisha came through for me and took care of everything much quicker than I expected. She is so comforting and professional while also showing empathy. I will definitely refer her to my friends and family.

I had the most pleasant experience with free at last bonding on October 25, 2019. The agent that assisted me was Toniah, she was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a terrible time for me. I had to bond out my wife Kristina out of the Atlanta City Detention Center. I had no idea how the process worked and was very nervous, but Toniah helped me from beginning to end. I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. From the initial phone call to what documents I needed she was very clear and had such a pleasant attitude. My wife was out within the hour.
