Since our beginning some 50 years ago, Fox Appliance Parts has grown into 4 unified and parallel corporations: Fox Atlanta, Fox Augusta, Fox Columbus and Fox Macon.

Each main office functions as a central warehouse for inventory and district headquarters for sales and data processing. Collectively, these 4 shipping locations and 13 counter locations distribute products, parts and supplies throughout the Southeastern U.S.A.

Fox Appliance Parts is proud to represent our many appliance, equipment and aftermarket manufacturers. In some cases our collective inventory rivals that of factory locations. But our commitment to distribute goes far beyond inventory, price and delivery.

It is “customer service excellence” that makes Fox unique.

They are amazing. True customer service. So helpful and honest. I had to replace a broiler element, I ask if I should replace the bake element to? He said no, probably last 10 years. Wow! Could have just sold me the bake element.

I love this place. pretty much anything you need to repair appliances and it is here. They have great customer service and the guys really help you out finding what you need.

Anytime, I have a problem and need to fix something, this is the first place I go for parts.

Pretty much the only parts supplier in town and they have A TON! You can find parts cheaper online, but this is true for just about any product. Their prices are not unfair.

I couldn’t beat their price for my washing machine gasket and when you need the part quick, it’s nice not to have to pay a premium to a local place with huge markups. Fox works closely with just about every repair company in town and you’re likely getting parts from them anyway
