I had an absolute excellent experience with Foundation Workx. I purchased my home in Feb 2021, and I discovered that my floors were seriously sagging in several spots (my inspector did catch this but I bought at the height of a sellers market). I had another big name company install the encapsulation, sump pump and dehumidifier. It was such a poor experience that I waited to put in footers and beams that was desperately needed. I finally was over the six flags roller coaster floors in my home that I put a post on the Nextdoor app and a neighbor recommended Foundation Workx. Brian came out and looked at my foundation/crawl space, and there was no extension presentation afterwards that took up my time. He was not pushy, and the quote was returned within a day and it was a really fair price. His guys got to me fairly quickly (this was luck, I’m having other work done to my home and it’s taking weeks to get anything done) and they were very professional. They were able to lift my sagging floors an inch. That sounds small, but I feel so much more secure standing in my home already now that the support beams are secure. I could not be happier with the job! I highly recommend using Foundation Workx for any and all basement/crawl space projects.

Brian and Luis and their team completely transformed our crawlspace. They followed our engineer’s report and built a large retaining wall, installed steel supports, created a drainage system, and installed a sumppump and ground cover. I received numerous estimate for this work, but Foundation Worx’s estimate and plan of attack was fair and comprehensive.

Twice. 2 years apart I requested an estimate and after coming out to see the property- never received an estimate. Contacted them numerous times and still no estimate. Most recently. Upon multiple calls and emails – was told the person handling my estimate was out of office – medical leave (something like that) and the back up was backed up. a horrible reflection of what their work woukd reflect. Contact DRITEK FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS – beyond professional!

Still frustrated about spending $15K then told had to get Gutters AFTER THE FACT TO FIX FLOODING AND MAJOR CRACK IN CEMENT BLOCK WALL ISSUE… (which we have done roof and gutters) NOPE… Properly sealing around base and actually watching and checking behind your crew may have helped. Even giving us an ACTUAL ESTIMATE FOR REBUILDING ENTIRE WALL BEFORE THIS may have worked. Husband has called I have EMAILED George numerous times!!!

My initial call was answered promptly. They came to the house as promised. They were on time and professional. Gave me solid advice that I could move forward with in making a decision and did all this again, professionally. Wish more companies were like them.

What a tremendous experience I had with Foundation Worx! I purchased an older home with some structural issues and repairs needed for the foundation, and had four different companies come out to give assessments after a structural engineer’s report. Of the companies, Foundation Worx not only gave a reasonable quote, but were respectful, helpful, and informative throughout the process, never attempting to upsell or undermine the structural engineer’s report, and communicating quickly and efficiently throughout the process. When there was a technical hiccup with online payment, the main office was helpful and prompt in helping resolve it. I’m so pleased I chose Foundation Worx and so grateful for their professionalism and efficiency.
