I nervously cold called Flood-X after returning home from Christmas vacation and discovering a frozen pipe ruptured and flooded 2 floors of my home. The owner (Jennifer) assured me a crew would be out the next day to assess damage. As promised the crew came out at 9am the following day. Jennifer and her staff are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable about their work. I felt well taken care of every step of the way (from the initial assessment, to mitigation, to demo and even moving out during the rebuild phase). I am grateful that I had Jennifer and her team to rely on during such a stressful time. Jennifer, thank you for everything!

Chris & Andrew are AMAZING assets to this company. I cannot even begin to describe how happy I am that this company exists. Our septic flooded into the house, I couldn’t clean enough to eliminate the smell. Turns out water went under the floors and behind walls. They made it a priority right then to remove all soiled materials and didn’t leave until 8pm. They went above & beyond to make sure our family was safe in this unexpected environment. I am thrilled with this unexpected service and I will be telling EVERYONE about this company.
Thank you from my family ♡

I don’t even know where to begin with this company. They were at my doors at 2am and did not leave until the were satisfied and comfortable! they cleaned up EVERY thing in my basement. Did daily service calls to make sure I was comfortable as well as made house calls to make sure that their equipment was doing what it suppose to do. I had a chance to speak to the owner and once I spoke to her, everything made since as to why her team is so awesome. A strong head produce a strong body. Thanks so much FloodX for all that you have done for me and my family at such a vulnerable time. Your dedication, hard work, and commitment has help carry my husband and I through a difficult time with our home and for that, we must say thank you!

We recently found out that our upstairs toilet had developed a slow leak. The leak eventually made itself known when it started coming through the finished drywall ceiling of our garage. Unfortunately, by that time it had saturated the subfloor around the toilet.
The plumber that fixed the leak recommended another company that immediately went for the big insurance payout. So, I said no thank you and checked reviews on several companies before settling on Flood-X. Jason got us set up immediately and we had someone at the house the next day.
For thousands less, and no insurance claim, Flood-X was able to dry our sub-floor completely. They even gave us the equipment for 3 extra days after the initial 3 days of drying had only yielded a 10% decrease in moisture. After the 3 additional days, everything registered bone dry (thank goodness, because then we would have needed to file a claim).
Awesome group of guys and very professional. Thank you!

We had a dishwasher leak into our basement during Tropical Storm Irma, and couldn’t get a plumber out that day. So, when we finally did, we had wet hardwood floors and a wet basement ceiling. The plumber recommended a company who quoted us $3400 and that was with the basic equipment and made it clear it would probably be more. Then, I called Flood-X. Andrew came out immediately and assured us that it could be dried out without cutting into the drywall. He wasn’t going to guarantee the floors but his goal was to dry everything out and get it back to its original condition. He quoted us more than $2000 less than the first company and was able to set up right then. He charged us minimum service fees and used the least amount of equipment that he knew would do the job. 3 days later, everything was dried out! And the floors were better than I could have imagined! Flood-X saved us money and time! Thank you!

If you’re reading this it’s likely you’re panicking about water damage. You can read this review, or just skip to the punchline and call FloodX. I called FloodX overwhelmed with damage caused by an overflowing shower, which effected three floors of my home in Alpharetta. They immediately disbatched a team, and began drying out my townhome over a holiday weekend. They were extremely professional and soothed my initial anxiety by schooling me on the insurance process. I can’t promise you the claims process will be pleasant, but my experience gives me confidence that FloodX will be the easiest part of the process. While my insurance and mortgage company strung me along with beauracracy, FloodX held my hand at every step doing everything they could to help with the claim. They reassured me they were familiar with process and there to help me. Not only will they help with the remediation, they’ll recommend equality qualified contractors for the reconstruction. Take a deep breath, and take the first step by calling FloodX. You won’t regret it.
