I can’t recommend this company enough! The owner Tim and his crew are extremely kind, courteous, and professional. They moved around the house in the order that life was happening. Work, kids, naps. I noticed the guys even turned the fan on in our nursery when we mentioned that our baby was going to take a nap soon so that the smell from the windows wouldn’t stick around. First Glass offers a quality product, an abundance of knowledge about windows and doors, and provide a great customer experience! Thanks!

These guys do it ALL! Tim took the time to explain how my old Windows had been installed and the difference in the way the new windows were being installed I already had my trim so he carefully took it down and put it back up when finished. My door install was tricky, going from a slider to a swinging door and side light. They explained the process and got to work! Cannot wait for them to do my front door and dining room windows!!!

Great Company!!! They were referred to me by my neighbor and honestly it’s the best referral I’ve ever had from someone! Tim answered when I called. He showed up literally when he said he would. He showed me my options and gave his honest opinions. He (as well as his office manager, Emily) answered ALL my questions, and there were a lot! They use Polaris windows which are amazing!! The day of install the whole crew showed up when they said they would. There was a flurry of activity and everyone set out to do their part. A short 9 hours later we had beautiful new air tight windows and sound from the road was reduced measurably!!! The sign in our yard was literally the only way you knew I had several folks and a major project that had happened that day! Y’all if you need windows or doors, Tim and his team are professional, efficient and easy to work with and most importantly, none of the other window companies could touch his price!! NOT. EVEN. CLOSE! Much love to all at FIRST GLASS WINDOW AND DOOR!

All around great experience. Tim was a pleasure to work with. My picture window is 12” long and he and his crew replaced it and my other windows like a well oiled machine. First Glass wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but fair. My windows look amazing. So glad I went with First Glass. I definitely recommend!

In my recently purchased home, I had a large bathroom vanity mirror that was not affixed to the wall and was dangerous since it could fall at any time. I needed it to be rehung/affixed, safely and securely.
William came to the house and immediately got to work. He had the tools and expertise to get this job done easily, safely and effectively. Initially the mirror was not pressed on firmly enough and still had a gap at the top and sides. The owner, Bob, came out the very next morning to check on the mirror. He ended up pressing the mirror firmly again into the adhesive on the back/wall. And now the mirror is the way it should be. In the end I am very pleased with the job done and would definitely use this company again. Everyone I dealt with at this company was cordial and responsive.
