Finley Roofing is the best! I worked directly with owner Lani Finley, and he coordinated with me to replace my father’s roof in Atlanta, even while I was located in Virginia! He made the extra effort to handle specialized skylights. My recent visit showed me that he did an excellent job. Recommended to me by a friend, and I feel like he was very fair, reliable, accountable, and friendly. Highly recommended!

We have had 3 roofs replaced this year by Mr. Finley’s company. He is the most professional contractor we have dealt with in many years. He is the epitome of an ideal business man. He deserves 5 stars in every positive category. We strongly recommend him and anticipate using Finley Roofing again in the future.

Finley’s Roofing replaced our entire roof several months ago. They started and completed the job on the scheduled dates – and the final cost was exactly as initially quoted. Efficient work and great site cleanup when they were done. The new GAF architectural shingles look fantastic and we’ve not encountered any issues with the installation.

Finley’s Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our historic home after the EF4 tornado hit Newnan in the spring of 2021. Lanny and his crew were responsive, very professional and answered our questions in a timely manner. While many of our neighbors were hiring roofers that swarmed the area after the tornado, we held out for Finley’s. They’ve been in business for many years and stand 100% behind their work. We know we made the right decision and couldn’t be happier with their customer service.

Finley’s Roofing was a pleasure to work with! The pricing was fair and reasonable and the team who did the work was exceptional! They were here on time, they did clean-up all through the day so there was never a huge mess, they were friendly and just worked hard to finish in the time estimated. Mr. Lani Finley was also very responsive from the bid process through completion, including a follow-up visit to make sure satisfaction was high and expectations met. Highly recommended!

We had a new roof installed in April 2022. Finley Roofing is professional from start to finish. The crew and foreman were punctual, hard-working, paid attention to details and were a pleasure to have on the job. Working with Lani Finley was a pleasure. He was communicative, honest, fair in pricing and outstanding in follow-up. We had to meet architectural requirements for our neighborhood covenants, and the shingle materials we chose met those standards and are beautiful. Our entire house has a “face lift” with a new roof — worth waiting for us to find Finley Roofing.
