I cannot say enough good things about Fenski automotive. I was so thankful to find a service center that I can TRUST! Not only were they honest, they did not try to upsell me on anything. Grateful for this team.

I’ve been looking for a knowledgeable and honest mechanic for a while and I finally found it at Fenski. They fixed my car’s issues, told me about other issues that they saw, and weren’t pushy to sell me on anything. They allowed me to decide what I wanted to take care of.

We don’t trust our vehicles with anyone else! When our 2010 minivan started leaking oil, Fenski gave us a robust assessment of the cause and what the cost of repairs would be if we went with the easier/ more optimistic fix or if we went “whole hog” and did the most in-depth repair. They easily could have told us that the more expensive in-depth repair was our only option, and we wouldn’t have known the difference. But they didn’t. They gave us options, told us what they recommended, answered our plethora of questions, and supported our decision-making the entire away. If you want a repair shop that treats you like family, this is the one.

My daughter has had several problems with her 2015 Altima. After my husband tried to diagnose the issue, he gave up when I came across Fenski in the Best of Gwinnett for 2023. So glad I did! We had it towed to the shop, got a phone call under an hour and a half, they told us what was wrong, and the car should be ready in 2 days. The car was ready the next day! One hundred percent agree Fenski is absolutely THE Best of Gwinnett or anywhere for that matter. Thank you Fenski!!

Drove to test drive a used truck at Mall of Georgia Ford and wanted a mechanic to look at it before purchasing. Called a few mechanics but only John from Fenski Auto seemed interested in helping. Took the time to explain their process for checking used vehicles. Up front about the cost and time required to complete.
Brought the truck in and they immediately looked at it. Took them around 45 minutes and then gave their recommendation to NOT buy the truck. John took the time to specifically point out all the red flags and said he would not personally risk buying that truck. His recommendation saved me from buying a bad truck and years of high repair costs. The dealership (Mall of Georgia Ford) got very defensive and pressured me to give up the repair report (which I refused) so they could “help future customers”.
If I lived in the area (I am from out of state) I would take all my future repairs to this mechanic without a doubt.

If you are within driving distance of this auto repair shop – go there! The staff is fantastic. John is among the best customer service people I have ever dealt with. His knowledge, honesty and patience are off the charts. Matt is very thorough and detailed in his work and calls it like he see’s it. NO WORRIES about these guys trying to work you over for a few more bucks. When you are as good as these guys are, as honest as they work to be, business finds them just from reputation and word of mouth. Fair, honest, well priced, flexible, up-front, all these qualities, which can be hard to find in this industry, are found there at Fenski. I have purchased multiple cars and I always go there for their pre-purchase inspection. They have saved me, literally thousands of dollars in mistakes. Love these guys.
