My mom has been seeing Dr. Jack and his assistant, Yusby, at Family Dental Associates since July 2023. My mom’s upper dentures & lower partial were old & broken. Her bottom teeth needed to be pulled. Dr. Jack explained our options and answered our questions. The finance department went over the cost for each option. With all that info, my mom and I made the best choice for her. Once her gums healed from her remaining teeth being pulled, molds were made for her new dentures. It took several office visits but Dr. Jack and Yusby paid attention to the details and made a perfect set of dentures. My mom has her smile back.

Excellent service! I have been with this organization for a very long time and always receive excellent service. Dr. Bell is always in a great mood which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The staff and service is excellent

I have a real PHOBIA about dentists. Pure anxiety. I had to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Trent and Brandy were AWESOME. I have been back to have a cleaning and some other dental work done. They always make sure I am comfortable and doing OK. Dr. Trent always explains what is coming up and that allays my fears so much.
The front staff is amazing as well. Very kind and respectful and happy. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!!

Dr. Trent Williams and staff were very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Williams is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. It’s not always easy to find a good dentist but I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his staff.

From the time I walked in the receptionist was so nice and greeted me with a smile! She was thorough and made sure she had the correct insurance on file. Samantha called me back and I can not rave enough about her! She was so nice,friendly, and knowledgeable! She made sure I knew everything she was about to do and even explained why they do it and answered any questions I had along the way. She always made sure I was comfortable and to let her know if she needed to stop doing something. I really appreciate the way she explained things by using example I would understand and didn’t sound like a foreign language. Dr. Bell (The Father) was very nice and friendly also! I will always recommend this place to anyone here on out!

I appreciate the care and the patience by Dr. Pierce and nurse. My daughter also appreciated the insight. The receptionist was easy to speak with and pleasant. Thanks for the warm and welcoming feel in a place I despise. I can see “my” new dental home.

I was recommended to this dentist after my lifelong dentist retired & I can not brag on this place enough! Literally every employee I’ve come into contact with here have been nothing short of welcoming and friendly. I’m very happy I’ve found a dentist that lives up to my expectations!!

Today was my first visit to Family Dental Associates and I can tell you that you truly feel welcomed at this office. Andrea was my dental technician and she made sure she informed me of everything she was doing during the x-rays through the cleaning. She is a professional and she made me feel at ease during the entire process. Dr Alex Bell came by to talk and take a look at my teeth. I have never had a dentist spend that much time explaining what he saw and any potential concerns he had. Even my wife raves about the staff and dentists here. Outstanding customer service, outstanding technicians and outstanding dentists are here. Highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Just moved to Georgia from Arizona, and this eye care center in Buckhead is definitely going to be my new eye Doctor. Made me feel comfortable and love stress as I had not been to an eye Doctor in 9 years after having Lasik done in 2009.

Switching to this dentist was great decision. They are very knowledgable and informative. They broke down each procedure and their attention to detail and “bedside manner” is second to none.
My hygienist, Samantha, was very thorough as well as gentle. If this is not your dentist I recommend making it your number one choice soon.
