The girl who works the front was very thorough and straight to the point. The facilitiy was very clean. The maintenance/janitor was also very helpful. I just couldn’t figure out how to use the elevator until he helped me out. But other than that clean, fast and efficient.

Our experience with this storage facility was absolutely amazing. Jared was really nice, funny, and all around helpful. The customer service provided was top notch and a lot better than other places. The building is clean and looks pleasing to the eye when you both outside and inside. The parking lot looked very cleaned to me but Jared felt that it could be better so for that I know that he truly cares for this establishment and holds it to a high standard. The whole process was very smooth, fast, and enjoyable. Not to mention the small jokes Jared threw in to lighten the mood and make you feel at ease. Overall it was one of the best experience I’ve had with a storage facility and I would truly recommend it to everyone.
