I’m extremely happy with my experience with Express Sunrooms. Clay came to my house to measure and provide an estimate for a new screened in porch very soon after I first contacted him. Shortly after that, he arranged for his contractor Jesse to come and confirm the work that needed to be done so that the materials could be ordered. Within two weeks, Jesse and his crew, consisting of Kelvin and Luis, came to install my screened-in porch. Not not only were they very professional and friendly, they were able to knock out the entire job in just three days. On the last day, there was a terrible thunderstorm, and these hard-working gentleman were out there even in there heavy rain. I was so impressed with their work ethic. The screened-in Porch turned out beautifully, and they even installed some super gutters during the process. Once the job was completed, I noticed that there was one annoying drip that kept coming from the gutters. I let Clay know about that, and sure enough, he had Jesse come out fix even that minor problem. This was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this company.

Beautiful Pergola in Piedmont! My back patio was a little short to accommodate my wheelchair bound son and too sunny all day to enjoy. After checking out all the photos from Express Sunrooms I knew a pergola would be a perfect solution for us. Brad Davis was wonderful in his perception of what I wanted. He was very professional and knowledgable about every aspect of the project. He had a really good crew working for him that was very respectful of my property and careful not to damage the lawn or flower beds. They cleaned up the job site really well afterwards too. I have other projects in mind down the road and will absolutely be using them in future! My new patio and pergola are beautiful and will recommend Express Sunrooms to everyone! Awesome job on back patio! Did an awesome job on our back patio! We had intentions of doing a wood deck, but ran into problems with codes. They showed us some other options on screened in patios and we were able to pick out liitle detail on different designs they had. They were real understanding and very easy to work with. I have already recommended to mine and my wifes parents, and I will be using in the future.

Robert with Express Sunrooms did an amazing job building our sunroom. We spend every available moment relaxing in our new addition. We highly recommend Express Sunrooms for your building project. We met with five different companies. However, we felt Express Sunrooms was very personable and honest. Robert, the builder of our sunroom did an amazing job. Michael Gregory was very involved in the oversight of the project; he came by several times to include the last day of the project.
