We got water in our crawl space whenever it rained a lot. Everdry waterproofed our crawl space about three years ago and we haven’t had any water problems since. They were professional and the price was reasonable.

I don’t even want to give one star! This company is really a scam!!!! I should have read yelp reviews earlier in order to avoid this company. We just installed the system this month, and we had major water leaks in our basement. I tried to contact the technician, but no one is answering a phone call. All the reviews with one star, they are exactly right!! Please don’t waste your money (cost me $25000) on crappy work and services!!!!!!!!!!

This company has been calling us SEVERAL TIMES per week since we decided not to work with them 4 months ago!
This is obviously annoying behavior, but i find it absolutely devastating to read ALL the other 1 star reviews of folks being scammed and given the run around from this company, yet the sales team seems to have time to blow up my phone on the daily.

I’m not sure if they are selling curtains or upholstery but requiring my spouse to be present during an inspection is just RIDICULOUS!!!! I was a contractor so I make all decisions for this house – period. WHO THE HELL Are You to tell me it’s “REQUIRED” that my spouse be here on site for the initial inspection? You just lost my business which likely would have been in the $10k-$20k range based on what I used to charge for this type of work. If it were not for health issues I do it myself – Aquaguard gets my business by default – and F- YOU for questioning the authority MY Home!!

Everdry worked with us on pricing, they explained every detail that goes into the installation and end of the project. All of the crew members were polite and courteous. They left our home in great shape. No more mold issues.

This company is A plus!! From the beginning with talking with Michael and Tami, to working with Shauna. I wish O could remember all the names. Jay came out today and Shawn and Cory are putting finishing touches. Not only do they do the work, they stay in touch through Courtney in the office. Work was done in 2 days and the follow ups were wonderful! This company stands by their work and with rain and leaky basements, they came back and inspected and are touching up areas that we didn’t even know were trouble. Hopson is coming tomorrow to put in Air Filtration machine. Everyone the crew are so helpful and answer all our questions! I highly recommend EverDry!

Ever Dry felt like family. Every person was professional and concerned about me. Rob arrived promptly and explained every facet of the project. He answered all my questions. The crew worked so hard they were able to finish ahead of expected schedule. The crawl space is air tight now. I expect to fell warmer and see lower heating bills. I will refer anyone who needs to have similar projects to Ever Dry.

Our basement had a crack in the wall and I called EverDry to come take a look at it to let me know what I needed to do to triage the problem until I could figure out a more permanent solution. Let me tell you, the specialist Shauna was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but never made me feel like EverDry was trying to force more service than was necessary. Needless to say it made me feel like I could trust her and EverDry with this situation. So much so, that I even contacted her just for some advice with my next house purchase. Thank you guys for great service!
